In this workshop you will make three completely different types of bread - yeasted loaf, traditional soda bread and a simple flatbread.
We will show you how to work with the yeast and get to know your dough. If you have tried bread making before, we are on hand to answer any questions and help you improve your technique and for complete novices, we will show you our secrets to stop you getting into a sticky mess!
