Patisserie Session - Choux pastry and Swiss Roll
In this full day class you will practice making light choux pastry which will be filled with your choice of savoury filling and eaten as a snack (we might even fill a couple with cream and top with chocolate).
Once you have ‘mastered’ the choux, you will make another batch, which can be made into individual Paris Brest, eclairs, profiteroles or even a ‘elephant’s feet’ (you might even want to make some savoury choux buns).
Whilst these are cooling we will make a light and airy Swiss roll, which will be swirled…
