This half term we will be having fun improving our meringue making. We aim to cook a minimum of two dishes within the day and make something savoury for lunch. Dishes are chosen subject to season and produce availability and may vary slightly.
In this full day class you will making meringue kisses, a light pavlova and Eaton mess. If time allows we might also be able to use up some of our spare egg yolks (and the eggs that didn't separate correctly) in a rich chocolate mousse.

Children can be left for the day or parents can stay and watch or join in the class. If children have additional needs (or are just feeling a little shy), we encourage parents (or older siblings) to work alongside them if needed.
