This holiday, we’ll be having fun improving our meringue-making skills!
We aim to prepare a minimum of two dishes during the day and make something savoury for lunch. Dishes are chosen according to the season and produce availability and may vary slightly.
In this full-day class, you will be making meringue kisses, a light pavlova, and Eton mess. If time allows, we may also use some of our spare egg yolks (and any eggs that didn’t separate correctly) to create a rich chocolate mousse.

Children may be dropped off for the day, or parents are welcome to stay and watch or join in the class.
If a child has additional needs (or is simply feeling a little shy), we encourage parents or older siblings to work alongside them if needed.
