One of the best parts of a holiday abroad is discovering and sampling local food and we love classic French dishes.
In this full day session you will make French Onion Soup, our everyday cassoulet and a French apple tart. We will also make French Toast to be eaten as brunch and Croque Monsieur, Madame or crustless quiche for lunch. You might even get time to shape and bake your own baguette.
All ingredients and take away containers are provided.
