Some like it hot, others prefer mild, no matter what your style we will guide you to make dishes to your own style.
In this session you will be making:
Samosa, with dips
Curry (you can choose which to make) Plain or pilau rice
A couple of great starter/side dishes
For morning snack we will make a fruity samosa and for lunch we will have a mild (or spicy) biryani.
