Our summer theme is 3 course meals.
This Summer we are making 3 course meals. You will take home a starter, main course and dessert for 2 generous portions. We will give ideas for you to 'extend' the meal to serve up to 4 people.
In this session you will be making:
Pate and toast (you will have a choice of recipes) Chicken stuffed and wrapped - one of our favourites! Cheesecake decorated with fresh fruit
For morning snack we will sample different pate and for lunch we will have a fresh tomato pasta dish.
