Whilst your chocolate cake is baking you will get to grips with tempering chocolate and making your own Easter egg shells and filled mini eggs to top your cake. Home made buttercream (obviously made from Saddleworth Butter) will be used to fill and ice your cake and we will also show you how to create a 'drip' cake,, use 'nude icing' and piping skills.
