In session 1, we will make gingerbread dough, roll, cut and bake it to make the individual parts of the house. We will also make some trees and gingerbread people. If time allows, you will have a practice icing designs, ready for the second session. Session 2 is where the building begins. First we will mix your icing to decorate each piece, then make your 'glue' and this is where the fun really starts. Once your house is constructed there is always an element of competition to produce the 'show stopper'.

All ingredients are provided and we supply a box to take your gingerbread house home.
The gingerbread houses are best left to set overnight and we will be available for collection on Thursday 17th December. Collection can also be arranged on Friday 18th.
