What happens at this event?

Mastered a basic loaf and ready to take your breadmaking skills to the next level? Want to try new recipes and get creative with dough?

This class will deepen your understanding of the theory behind breadmaking and help you refine your technique. Once you’ve mastered a basic loaf, the possibilities are endless! You’ll learn how to adjust proving times — extending or shortening them — to get the very best from your dough. We’ll also explore how to make dough using a mixer to make our maltflake dough.

As with all our courses, all ingredients and take away containers are provided. We even supply an apron for the session.

Welcoming, fun, and tastey treats. Perfect activity and so much food to take home. Only wish a menu would have been provided as the type of bread made was a bit different than expected. Still a lovely class.
