Inspired by 'The Pie Room' and 'The Pie Hole' in London, we have decided to let our young people take their pies to the next level.
Think dauphinoise with local cheese and caramelised onion, slow cooked steak(in ale or wine, if you want) with a salt and pepper potato topping, balti pie with bhaji topping, the 'full English breakfast pie', luxury fish pie or even a little Beef Wellington, the choice will be yours. You can also make a sweet pie if you would like.
